You've got questions. Working with us is a bit different than other firms, because we care about your long-term success. To make the process as easy as possible, here are some commonly asked questions when decided upon a direction for your eBay Store.
How does this all work?
When you place your order, a designer will personally contact you to show what information will be required to get the job done as efficiently and effectively as possible. We'll ask questions about what stage your company is in, whether you have a logo or colours chosen, or what type of customer you are going after.
Once a design is approved, an invoice will be sent with a balance due (if any) and the new design will be installed into your eBay store upon receipt of payment.
Can you help with my brand? I don't know what I want!
It's our specialty to help create brand identities for our clients. If you don't have a logo, are not sure of colours and have no photographs for us to use, worry not. We'll help narrow down what can work best for you since your business is a reflection of your personality too. Purchased stock images and extra design/conceptual time will be tallied and billed at the end of the project you require it.
Where will the images be stored?
When a design is ready to go live, the images need to be stored somewhere. CYKRON provides a one-stop hosting solution for all images at a cost of $59 per year. If you have access to another hosting service, that information will need to be provided to CYKRON before the final result can be added to your eBay store.
What subscription level should I choose?
Most stores choose a Basic subscription level, which provides up to 5 custom pages. Featured stores provide up to 9 custom pages and Anchored stores provide up to 15 pages. A CYKRON representative can help you during this process.
What will you need before starting?
- Your eBay store URL and type of business.
- Any promotional material you currently may have. (logo, colour choices)
- All category names including subcategories (if needed)
- A sample item in your store from which to work from (if ordering Auction Template)
- Any specific promotions or images that would like to be placed on specific pages.
How long will it take?
Our goal is to provide a finished site within 10 business days. Publishing time is dependant on our workload and on the speed of when payment is received and processed. If there is advanced photographic work being done the timeframe may be adjusted. An additional fee may apply for rush orders looking for a guaranteed publish date in less than 10 business days. What are your payment terms?
Payment is due in full when order is placed with a CYKRON representative. Primary means of payment is PayPal, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AmEx.

Can you support my store in the future?
We recognize businesses change all the time. For the first 2 weeks we will make small changes to your store as required to help get you on your feet. However, requests for changes further down the road are looked after on a case by case basis. We would be glad to give you a quote on additional updates in the future.
